Perdana Global Peace Forum -2005

PUTRAJAYA, MALAYSIA: Former Malaysian prime minister Mahathir Mohamad delivers a speech during the launch of the Perdana Global Peace Forum in Putrajaya, 10 October 2005. The former premier said 10 October a planned international conference on peace later this year could spur US voters to shun 'liars' like President George W. Bush. 'We want to literally change the mindset of people so that people everywhere ... all must reject war and strive for peace,' he said.
