BAJET 2004

Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad presents the country's 2004 budget before members of the parliament in Kuala Lumpur, 12 September 2003. Mahathir unveiled a series of tax cuts and incentives to boost key industries, along with sharp increases in 'sin' taxes on alcohol and tobacco while imposing new excise duty on imported cars.
